Returns Policy ~ 3rd Party Vendors
We offer a 100% no BS Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will be more than happy to take it back. We will accept new, unworn and unused items in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We’ll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or was sent the wrong size etc.) Please see our sizing charts or notes on items in regards to sizing to ensure correct fit.
To initiate a Return or Exchange:
To return or Exchange, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that contacting thru this method will take longer.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the method used, once we receive your returned item, upon approval. This time frame includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In most cases the whole entire process is much quicker than all this.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LINGERIE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Other than manufacturer defect or error on our shipping department. Thank you for understanding our need to protect all our customers concerning sanitary practices.
Our Direct Exchange (DX) Policy
Any product made by the Veteran Exchange is guaranteed for life under our DX (Direct Exchange) Policy. It doesn’t matter if you have stained it, torn it or simply need a different size we will replace the product at no cost to the customer with a product of equal or less value if we cannot replace the exact product. The items that are exchanged through the DX Policy (if adequate) will be donated to the Panama City Mission our local homeless Veteran community.
We can ship to virtually anywhere in the United States. Your shipping will be estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are shown as “delivered” through tracking information from the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping provider for further detail of delivery status or complications. We offer the option of “signature required” to ensure that packages get to the required recipient.
